Ms. Wirth is an environmental professional with 18 years of experience. She is a MD DNR Qualified Professional, with experience performing wetland delineations, forest stand delineations associated with the Forest Conservation Act, Reforestation Law and Roadside Tree Law, Rare, Threatened, and Endangered species and habitat surveys, stream assessments, and environmental monitoring.  

She is experienced in environmental consulting, land planning, and project management services in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience leading the preparation of feasibility studies, land planning reports, and civil site design, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal zoning codes and laws. She often facilitated and led community outreach meetings and presented projects at local planning commissions and public hearings, with a focus on finding consensus between agency, public and private stakeholders. Lauren specializes in:
