Ms. Wirth is an environmental professional and MD DNR Qualified Professional with experience performing wetland delineations, forest stand delineations associated with the Forest Conservation Act, Reforestation Law and Roadside Tree Law, Rare, Threatened, and Endangered species and habitat surveys, stream assessments, and environmental monitoring.
Working in environmental consulting, land planning, and project management services for both the public and private sectors since 2004, she has extensive experience leading the preparation of feasibility studies, land planning reports, and civil site design, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal zoning codes and laws. She often facilitated and led community outreach meetings and presented projects at local planning commissions and public hearings, with a focus on finding consensus between agency, public and private stakeholders.
