Justin Haynes is an environmental scientist with extensive experience in scientific assessments, regulatory requirements and permitting, and environmental management programs. His accomplishments include successfully navigating challenging environmental requirements, developing ecological restoration plans, and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to deliver large infrastructure projects. His expertise includes project and contract management, quality assurance, and business development. He is responsible for leading business development at Straughan and supports a variety of other operational processes. Justin graduated with a BS in Integrated Science and Technology and an MS in Environmental Engineering and Science. His areas of expertise include:

What do you like about working at Straughan?

We’re a collaborative and enthusiastic group. People with good ideas and the motivation to move those ideas forward are typically pushing at an open door.

What led you to this career?

I never found a charter fishing boat that wanted me as the captain.
