Michael Blose, PE, MBA, Vice President, has 19 years of experience in management and design of environmental, civil and water resource engineering for federal, state, local, and commercial projects. He leads a variety of projects including those related to stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, stream restoration, geomorphic assessments, NPDES and TMDL compliance, FEMA, Drainage, Hydrology, Structure/Stream Hydraulics, permitting, water quality, water and wastewater, and watershed management. His industry experience includes his work as an approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Expedited Plan Reviewer for the Maryland Department of the Environment and the Baltimore City Department of Public Works. Mr. Blose earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Loyola University, and is Rosgen Stream Restoration Certified (LV I – IV).
