Straughan provided Green Globes project management from pre-construction through building occupancy to oversee and document all contractor sustainability requirements. Straughan led the construction contractor team to develop a Sustainability Action Plan to meet the project goals and provided Division 1 Plans to meet spec requirements for construction waste, indoor air quality during construction, and all sustainable materials requirements (low-VOC, recycled content, regional, and certified wood).
