Jim is a civil engineer with 35 years of consulting engineering experience. He has held leadership and management positions for major consulting firms and is extremely knowledgeable regarding all facets of the industry. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Business from the University of Maryland and is registered as a professional engineer and a land surveyor in numerous states. His areas of expertise include:

A face-to-face (10 yards) meeting with a mother black bear and her two cubs. I very slowly backed away in the opposite direction!
